Who The Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to companies, administrators, dispatchers, drivers, mobile users, support users, and other authorized users who access Rouptimize.

A person accepting these terms for a company represents that they have authority to bind that company.

The Rouptimize Service

Rouptimize does not currently make public claims for customer tracker links, photo proof, signature proof, live traffic AI, guaranteed savings, or public API availability.

Current service scope

Web dispatcher, route optimization, route planning, mission import, mission management, dispatcher map, route editing, branch/depot setup, user roles, vehicle and driver management, driver mobile app, live monitoring when location streaming is enabled, code-based proof of delivery, reports, route-order-credit billing, support tickets, and enabled integrations.

Account Registration And Security

Account duties

Provide accurate account, company, billing, and operational information.

Keep credentials, passwords, invite links, invite codes, API tokens, and devices secure.

Control user roles, permissions, branch access, and mobile driver invitations.

Notify Rouptimize promptly about suspected unauthorized access or security issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer responsibilities

Ensure customer, recipient, employee, contractor, driver, address, route, and operational data is accurate, lawful, and necessary.

Give drivers and relevant staff clear notice about location and sensor tracking, and obtain permissions required by law or employment/contractor arrangements.

Use Rouptimize in compliance with road safety, workplace, transport, privacy, consumer, employment, delivery, and other laws that apply to the customer operation.

Review optimized routes before dispatch and make human decisions where safety, vehicle restrictions, local rules, weather, road conditions, or customer requirements matter.

Avoid entering sensitive personal information unless necessary and lawful.

Route Optimization And Operational Decisions

Rouptimize supports route planning and dispatch decisions but does not replace operational judgement. Routing, distance, duration, ETA, geocoding, optimization, and map outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by data quality, mapping data, device data, road conditions, regulations, and third-party services.

Rouptimize does not guarantee the shortest route, on-time delivery, cost savings, or a legally compliant route for every circumstance.

Driver Mobile App And Location Tracking

The driver mobile app is for authorized drivers and mobile users. Drivers may need foreground and background location permission for route tracking during active deliveries.

Customers and users must not use Rouptimize for unlawful surveillance. Device settings, battery optimization, network conditions, and third-party navigation apps may affect tracking.

Proof Of Delivery

Rouptimize currently describes proof of delivery as a customer delivery-code verification workflow. Customers are responsible for deciding whether this proof-code workflow meets their operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Rouptimize does not currently claim photo proof, signature proof, ID verification, or legal proof of handover unless those features are separately added and documented.

Billing, Credits, And Payment

Taxes, GST, invoices, refunds, downgrades, cancellations, failed payments, unused credits, rollover, and expiry rules must be confirmed in final policy before launch.

Billing model

Rouptimize uses scheduled order credits.

New companies may receive 200 scheduled order credits during the first month.

Paid self-serve monthly limits start at 1,000 scheduled orders.

Self-serve checkout supports up to 50,000 scheduled orders per month.

Volumes above 50,000 require a custom plan.

Checkout is handled through Stripe, and the default public pricing currency is AUD unless stated otherwise.

Credits are consumed when missions or orders are newly scheduled onto routes, not when users view reports or open support tickets.

Company admins or authorized billing users are responsible for purchases made from the company account.

Support

Support may be provided through support tickets, contact forms, email, docs, tutorials, and in-product guidance. Response times and service levels are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Users should not upload passwords, payment details, private customer data, sensitive route details, or unnecessary operational data in support requests or attachments.

Acceptable Use

Users must not

Use Rouptimize for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe purposes.

Attempt unauthorized access, security bypass, scraping, reverse engineering, or service interference.

Upload malware or harmful files.

Use API tokens, webhooks, imports, or integrations to overload systems.

Misrepresent route outputs as guaranteed safety, legal, or delivery commitments.

Track people outside authorized delivery work.

Send spam or unlawful communications.

Customer Data And Intellectual Property

Customers keep ownership of their customer data. Customers grant Rouptimize the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and use customer data to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and resolve issues.

Rouptimize owns the platform, software, design, documentation, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve Rouptimize unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Third-Party Services, Availability, And Changes

Rouptimize may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, maps, routing, storage, notifications, analytics, monitoring, security, and other infrastructure. Issues with third-party services can affect availability, checkout, tracking, routing, or output quality.

Rouptimize may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform planned or emergency maintenance. No 100 percent uptime promise applies unless a separate SLA exists.

Disclaimers, Liability, And Termination

To the extent permitted by law, Rouptimize should be provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these terms should exclude non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Final warranties, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, suspension, termination, data export, and deletion clauses must be drafted or approved by counsel before publication.

Governing Law, Changes, And Contact

These terms should be governed by the laws of the confirmed Australian state or territory, subject to mandatory consumer laws. Courts and dispute procedures should be confirmed with counsel before launch.

Rouptimize may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will show a revised last updated date, and material changes may be notified through the site, app, or email.
